Paul is responsible for the strategic and operationalmanagement of the company’s spare parts department, including inventorycontrol, recommended spares, overhaul kits, change parts, procurement andcustomer service.
He ensures the availability of critical components tosupport project delivery, commissioning, and after-sales service.
